Responsibilities:
-Monitors market trends and oversees advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for their product or service.
-Work closely with many teams, including product developers, researchers, marketing personnel and creative agencies to make sure their company brand values and image are followed.
-Identity is important for any product in today's competitive marketplace.
-Concerned with creating a lasting impression among consumers and improving product sales and market share.
-Making sure their organisation's advertising and marketing activities send out the right image.
-Creating brand guidelines and making sure that employees follow them.
-Overseeing the entire creative process for a single product, or group of products and services.
-Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
-Looking at the pricing of products and analysing the potential profitability.
-Generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colours, fonts and imagery.
-Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers.
-Checking marketing copy.
-Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.
-Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research.
-Co-ordinating the launch programme to external customers as well as employees.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

-Melakukan koordinasi dengan kurator dalam penempatan keeper dan perawatan tempat satwa untuk menjaga kestabilan mental dari satwa
-Memantau pemberian pakan oleh nutrisi kepada satwa sehingga satwa tidak mengalami kekurangan gizi
-Mengontrol budget pakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pakan seluruh satwa
-Melakukan koordinasi dengan gudang pakan dalam pendistribusian pakan sehingga dilakukan tepat pada waktunya
-Melakukan koordinasi dengan PR untuk press release atau press conference untuk memperkenalkan satwa-satwa yang baru lahir
-Mengawasi dan mengembangkan bawahan melalui rencana dan target kerja, melatih, membina dan menilai kinerja bawahan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerjanya

Environment Supervisor
BaliResponsibilities:
1. Creating a work plan and monitor the implementation and maintenance of parks and sanitation infrastructure in the circumstances in order to support the sales.
2. Regulate and monitor the positioning of the janitor, land maintenance and lanscaping position required so that all areas are well maintained Safari Park.
3. Disseminate, and provide training to officers handling procedures of plant / tree specified (eg: weeds) so no one treatment that resulted in losses to the Safari Park.
4. Regulate the distribution of all subordinates work schedule so it does not interfere with the work plan has been prepared.
5. Recommend replacing or regenerating the park so that it remains beautiful.
6. Ensuring of handling waste by all officers not to interfere with the aesthetic procedures Safari Park.
7. Controlling execution and clearing infrastructure pengecetan park like benches, parks, ponds, trails and so forth so that it remains in good condition and beautiful.
8. To coordinate with the General Services in maintenance garden and pool lights that keep it functioning properly.
9. Recommends the creation of a new park-and re-design in support of improved aesthetics of the park.
10. Control the use of tools that work and do not affect the purchasing officer has been placed.
11. Create reports of job evaluation as a basis for preparing the maintenance annual budget.
12. Oversee and develop subordinates through work plans and targets, train, develop and assess the performance of subordinates to improve motivation and performance.
