In response to growing market demand, Lippo Karawaci started developing strata-titled malls from 2002 to 2006, recognizing that entrepreneurs in Indonesia were moving away from traditional retail outlets. Then, observing the over supply of strata-titled malls that had previously been in demand, the Company made the move to community malls and shifted to a model which now involves building, leasing, and then monetizing the retail assets.

PT. Lippo Malls Indonesia ‘s retail comprises strata-titled malls and leased malls strategically located in major cities of Indonesia. The retail malls provide one-stop shopping, entertainment, dining and leisure destinations, with anchor tenants such as leading domestic retailers Matahari Department Store, Hypermart, Timezone, Times Bookstore and Cinema XXI.

PT. Lippo Malls Indonesia continues to strengthen its position as the largest mall owner and/or operator in Indonesia by building and managing more retail malls across the country.
Pluit Village - North Jakarta

Is a Shopping Center and a row shop-houses that is built on 21 Ha land with lake feature in front of it. The premise is located on Jalan Pluit Raya, North Jakarta, and surrounded by affluent residential estates and apartments with Chinese ethnic majority. It is also lay down in a strategic location with close proximity to arterial roads and toll gate of Jakarta inner ring road and excellent exposure to the surrounding major roads.



Marketing Communication Manager

Jakarta Raya - North Jakarta

Responsibilities:
Device and implement the marketing plan in line with the annual business plan strategy (Event and Promotion Calendar, Tenant Incentive Programs, Budgeting and Resource Planning).
Conduct and implement the yearly planning of Marcomm effectively in order to achieve the yearly targets of sales and traffic.
Cooperate with related divisions to build the brand image of the mall through campaign, event and promotion.
Arrange and monitor the income from marcomm, such as: sponsorship, advertising tool in the mall, etc.
Present Monthly Report and build data base

Requirements:
Bachelor of Marketing Communication/ Economic/Public Relation.
Minimum 5 year of experience in marketing communication field (preferably from retail promotion area/malls, agency or EO.)
Good interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
Have a good media relationship and wide range of networking in the media.
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
Proficient in social media handling
Good initiatives, fast learner, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation
Creative, attractive, and persuasive
Hard and smart worker

Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible to plan, coordination and control operational activities such as building operational activity (Engineering, Security & Parking and Housekeeping etc).

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Having experience 3 years in Building Operation at Mall/Highrise Building
Good analytical of Operations
Knowing Building Technical System
Energetic, excellent work attitude, hard working, creative and have a good relationship with other
Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office and Autocad
English active both in written and verbal
