Marcomm Manager - Mall LMK


Job Description

Devise and implement the marketing plan in the line with the annual business plan strategy
Conduct and implement the yearly planning of Marketing Communication effectively in order to achieve the yearly target of sales and traffic
Coorperate with related divisions to build the brand image of the Mall through campaign, event and promotion
Arrange and monitoring the income from marketing communincation, such as : sponsorship, advertising tool in the mall
Build and maintain a good relationshipwith all tenants via monthly meeting, newsletters, and marketing events


Responsibilties:

Responsible for the preparation & implementation or marketing budget & plan to deliver increased sales & traffic at the Mall.
Ensure the creation & forward planning of a strategic annual marketing plan using the analysis of the customer demographics
Ensure all tenants are fully communicated with at all times with regards to the marketing of the mall\


Requirement :

Minimum education S1 all the majors, preferably a graduate of marketing / economy
Excellent work attitude, hard work, honest, dicipline, creative, detail, critics, and have a serving attitude
Maximum age 35 years old
Proficiency in foreign language (English) both written and verbal
Having experience minimum 5 years parts advertising and promotion in the company's Property / Shopping malls are preferred
