PQ Mid-Market Account Manager (Govt)

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- The Mid Market Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing and new customers in target assigned segment and/or key strategic accounts
- Working with both country/regional team, develop and implement specific customer account plans in support of company goals and quota objectives

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Develop new business by introducing new customers to Eaton’s product portfolio
B. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed sales targets
C. Sell new solutions to existing/ new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and through internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
D. Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities- •Provide timely follow up, closure and tracking
E. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform business duties
F. Efficiently engage sales resources, SE, Channel, Solutions Sales Specialists and Executives as required
G. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills as appropriate
H. Manage product mix, according to agreed business aims
I. Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple C- level Executive both within Eaton , channel partners and customers.
J. Collaborates with product experts (e.g. Product Specialists) or partners to support customer’s specific business needs
K. Provide quotations/pricing to the Customers
L. Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization
M. Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of sales experience in SEA
2. 5+ years sales experience in channel management
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science

PQ Channel Sales Manager (Distribution)

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and marketing controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence throughout assigned country.
- Manage the sales function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where business can flourish.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, sales meetings and annual review.
B. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects
C. .Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.
D. Analyzes long-term impact of new or anticipated channel sales strategies.
E. Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically on: realistic forecasts for each product and channel (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), and sales promotion programme plans.
F. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
G. Ensure the execution of Channel Programs and the competencies requirements for channel partners are met
H. Work with Marcom team to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
I. Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
J. Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.
K. Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization
L. Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple C- level Executive both within Eaton and with the channel partners
M. Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
N. Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
O. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
P. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
