JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Requirement:

Min 2 years of experience as executive sous chef with 10 years holding an experience working in Kitchen
Min Diploma education level or commensurate trade (culinary/hospitality fnb) school related credentials
Experience creating new menus, training recipes, quality control, and managing kitchen area.
Able to cost recipes, control market list purchases, and manage team of 35 plus individuals
Can produce large variety of Western and Asian dishes
Organized planner who is detailed, accurate, and focused on building and developing the team

Holding at least diploma (D3) degree any major (accounting preferred)
Having at least 1 year of working experience as cost control
Analyst cost for Kitchen and Bar
Have a strong ability in Microsoft Excel, is a must
Have knowledge at kitchen and bar tools
Detail Oriented
Good interpersonal, team work, and communication skill.
Ages from 25-30 years old

Storekeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement administrative records order receipt and storage of goods in the warehouse
Perform a request / order the required items to the purchasing.
Able to work overtime.

Job Requirement :

Preferably Man. Max 28 years old
Min graduated from High School. Preferable from Business Admin.
