Job Description
• To grow the bank's Trade , Securities services and Cash Management business of Wholesale Banking clients by means of winning new deals/mandates from the clients with the objective of achieving Transaction Banking revenue target as specified in the annual job objective.
• To maintain and ensure proper BAU of Cash Management and Trade customer base, with a view of maximizing utilization of Trade and Cash Management services duly provided to the clients
Key Roles & Responsibilities
To maintain current client portfolios (BAU basis) and grow the TB business which includes:
• Monitoring trade utilization and account cash activities.
• Maintaining and increasing bank's average liabilities in CASA
• Ensuring satisfaction of customers in relation to Transaction Banking's products and services.
• Keeping on being updated about client's information i.e. background, financials, banking relationships and wallet sizing, etc.
• Cross-selling under existing credit names.
To work closely together with RMs in terms of:
• Suggesting the RM the size of credit limit needed by the client as a result of financial statement analysis and consultation/discussion with client
• Reviewing BCA in terms of product structure, terms and conditions and expected revenue, and assist in reviewing name clearance.
• Carry-out consultative approach when dealing with client (and the RM) based on in-depth product knowledge and understanding of client's business. T
Qualifications & Skills
Combined fundamental knowledge in Trade and Cash Management products.
Experience in Sales or Relationship Management role is preferable.

Operational Risk Officer JD are :
Assisting the Country Head of Operational Risk ensures that operational risk is effectively managed by providing assurance that the Risk Management Framework, Group Operational Risk Policy and Procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to in country.

Specifically, the OR Officer will assist the Country Head of Operational Risk in the area of :

1. Uphold the integrity of CB businesses that their risk/return and control cost/benefit decisions prior to product launch and during business cycles are made transparently and based on assessment in accordance with Group standards and the Board's Risk Appetite.
2. Challenge and validate the effectiveness of the business using the risk management process of: risk identification, assessment, measurement, acceptance and monitoring to reduce gross operational risk exposure to acceptable levels within the risk appetite
3. Provide a focal point of control over the aggregate level of operational risk that results from end-to-end processes, including but not limited to:
a) The design of effective process controls, where there are material risks of process control failure and where process controls cut across multiple Operational Risk Control Areas
b) The systematic monitoring of process control effectiveness, through the implementation and monitoring of key control indicators and with reference to independent sample testing of controls.
4. Ensure operational risk functions' managers and team in businesses are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles
