Project Management Office Supervisor (Code: MLIFE-PMO)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Providing a framework to establish standard performance measures based on organizational goals and objectives
Provides training in project management team and applied project tools to team members
Coordinate with other department about project needs
Ensures that project submitted are processed as timely and accurately
Ensure project management standard are followed
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Manage people and source are involved on project
Present reports defining plans, progress, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management

Requirements:

Male, maximum age 35 years old
Minimum S1 Degree in Information Technology or computer science
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Project Management Office in Life Insurance
Proficient in SQL server, ASP.Net, PHP, VB and Java
Having Six Sigma Certification, preferably Black Belt
Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Target oriented and strong leadership skills

Product Development Supervisor (Code: MLIFE - PD)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide periodical report of new and existing product post implementation review
Actively participate in the product development process
Ensure that all products following compliance criteria from regulatory
Organize and maintain documents, including product specification, training material, brochure, policy provision and comparing product competitor
Manage multiple deadlines and complete work order

Requirements:

Age maximum 30 years old
Minimum Diploma Degree, preferably from actuary major
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Product Development Staff/Spv in Life Insurance
Excellent in MS. Office
Fluent in English, both oral & written
Details and have a strong analytical thinking
Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Claim Analyst- Individual Case (Code: MLIFE-CAL)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyzing medical claim documents from customer or hospital provider to ensure the documents completed
Reviewing information on submitted claims and investigate when claims are not medically reasonable
Monitoring hospitalized patients and proactively work with treating doctors to ensure that patients received appropriate treatments
Ensures that claims submitted are processed as timely and accurately

Requirements:

Maximum 30 years old
Minimum Diploma from midwife or nursing from reputable university
Minimum 2 years of working experience as claim analyst in Life Insurance company
Computer literate ( MS. Excel & Office is a must )
Details and have a strong analytical thinking
Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

New Business Underwriting Staff (Code: MLIFE- NBU)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Review individual applications for insurance to evaluate degree of risk involved
Determine whether to accept, modify or decline a risk through evaluation of an individual's medical history or physical condition and other information pertinent to the decision
Maintain time-service, quality and production goals for assigned work
Ensuring that all underwriting cases are processed following the standard operating procedures

Requirements:

Maximum 28 years old
Minimum Diploma Degree from any major from reputable university
At least 2 years of working experience as New Business Underwriting Staff in Life Insurance
Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
Computer literate (MS. Excel & Office is a must)
Details and have a strong analytical thinking
