Non Performing Asset Officer
Job Description
Responsible for perform field visitation activities to locate and re-establish contact with un-contactable avoiding customer and update the collection system.
Responsible to contact, negotiate and persuade customer to make repayment and regularize account.
Work with the customer to solve payment problems and make workable repayment arrangement.
Male, maximal 45 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Collection / Remedial / NPA Officer in Banking Industry is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Good communication and negotiation skill is required to be able to interacts at all levels.
Target oriented, strong personality, discipline, honest and responsible.
Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
