Requirements
Maximum 35 Years Old
Min Bachelor Degree In Finance / Economic
Having minimum 2-5 years experience in similar position in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry as Credit Analyst or Rating Analyst
Understanding credit risk and other risk related to lending activity
Having CFA / FRM will be advantage
Understand and can operate Bloomberg Application
Able to work in a team as well as individually
Having attention to detail and risk focus
Willing to travel to project site
Having good analytical skill, decision making, and problem solving skill
Having excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proficient with computer literacy including risk scoring sheet program and Ms.Office
Having fluency in English both written and spoken is a must

Job Description
General Requirements :
Maximum 30 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Project Management from reputable university
Having minimum 3-5 years experience in similar position particularly in Government Project / State Owned Company / Multi National Company / Multi Lateral Organization
Having ability to collaborate with external parties (Debtor, external consultant, etc)
Experienced in the construction of infrastructure project
Having good experience in all activities of the procurement process
Having good knowledge in government procurement regulations and e-procurement best practices
Having good experience in planning / construction / operation of transportation project
Having good knowledge in transportation demand / revenue modelling airport operation or data collection is an advantage
Having good project management skills
Having knowledge and experience related to public private partnership
Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill
Proficient with Microssoft Office
Good command of English both in written and spoken is a must
